My Paper Crane

Isn't it wonderful when you happen upon a little something that makes you smile? Even if you aren't really sure what it is or why you need it, but you know you have to have it? Well, read on...
So the other day I found this designer, Heidi Kenney, and her line of utterly adorable little whatsits for kids of all ages: My Paper Crane. Now I'm not one for cute, but I cannot resist these little bits of squishy fun! Look at those eyes! They all have such personality. I'm a big fan of the many different donuts - I swear, she should cut a deal with Krispy Kreme or something. But that's just the beginning of the edible delights. There's toast, cupcakes, smores, grilled chesse, milk, pancakes, and salty pretzels too. And if something goes wrong in the kitchen? Well, there's burnt toast and moldy bread - even some of the bananas are bruised!
I suppose you could give these to the baby or dog when they need something soft to chew on, but why not pick one for yourself? Perhaps a jelly donut in your desk drawer to remind you to stay on your diet? How about a little cabbage for your petit chou?
However you use them, wherever you put them, the My Paper Crane critters are sure to brighten the day. If not, pick up a storm cloud and let it cry for you instead! Then, when you're done you can have the used tissues to play with...
