Race Countdown!

Me & my team practice a crowded, white-water "swim start" - very much like the real thing on race day...Wow - where has the time gone? It seems that a few weeks ago I was just beginning my triathlon training, and now I'm only about 10 days away from the race! How does it happen?

Once again, Team in Training has provided an incredible training experience with lots of challenges, fun times, and learning. How many chances do we get to be coached by pro athletes after high school and college? Well, here's a chance for you...and you get to help patients and families with blood cancers by raising funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! All around, Team In Training is a really good thing and I highly recommend it.

I do need your help dear readers... I am a bit short of my $2900.00 fundraising goal, so I am asking everyone I know for a show of support. Many of us have friends or family members who have endured cancer in its many forms, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society are an amazing foundation who directly support the research and treatment of cancer.
