This is Your Brain On...Ms. P&C

One more time for the cheap seats in the back! The lovely Kristen V. at Sugarshock was kind enough to tag me with the latest meme that's been moving it's way through the bogosphere... So, what could I do but comply?
What were you doing ten years ago?
I had just returned from living in Paris, France where I'd attended the Sorbonne. I was back in California, living in a Co-Op household that had an incredible organic garden, house dinners five nights a week, 10 roommates, a huge stereo, lots of pot, and a well-used game of Jenga. I was just finishing up a double-major in studio art and English at UC Davis. I was working two or three nights a week as a line cook, spending my Thursday nights out at the pub, and my Fridays in my art studio painting.
Great times.
What are five things on your to-do list today?
1. Finding missing images for a project I'm working on.
2. Finding a great recipe for Jambalaya for a New Orleans-themed dinner I'm giving soon.
3. Getting new heels put on a favorite pair of pumps.
4. Going to Trader Joes for more of their incredibly cheap and incredibly beautiful peonies.
5. Not staying at work a moment longer than absolutely necessary.
Snacks you enjoy?
Lately I've been getting breakfast out of the vending machine at work - but it's good because I'm into these new Fiber One bars that provide 35% of my recommended daily allowance of fiber. And we can all use all the fiber we can get, kids.
I absolutely love black licorice, specifically black licorice jelly beans from Jelly Belly. I do love the "fruit bowl" mix from Jelly Belly too.
Plain French baguettes with butter are always a fan-favorite, and I drizzle a little bit of honey on top too - when I'm feeling really fancy.
Places You've Lived?
San Francisco, CA
Paris, France
Davis, CA
I'm a home-girl.
What are 5 things you would do if you were a billionaire?
1. Buy a home with a garden, art studio, fantastic kitchen, and a dining room that's big enough to put a giant table in so I can have lots of people over for dinner.
2. Treat myself to a Birkin bag, some new shoes, jewelry from Wendy Brandes, and a recurring "day of beauty" appointment at my Tru Spa.
3. Set up a grant program to help fund well-deserving young artists and designers in San Francisco.
4. Take two years off to travel.
5. Linger over my morning coffee in cafes where I could watch all of the commuters go by on crowded buses.
