Never Enough Eye Liner

The girls on The Hills would have me believe I don't wear enough eyeliner. But then, I must ask, does anyone wear this much eyeliner north of Wilshire? I swear, every Tuesday night at about this time I go to the bathroom mirror and practice. I come away with the worst inferiority complex of all. Do I not have the right tools? Do they do liquid or pencil? Do they smudge? Do they dabble eyeliner over the line?

Honestly, if I tried to do this kind of thing I'd end up looking like Rocky Raccoon. They end up looking like they're riding that very fine line between slutty and intriguiging to perfection. Mine flakes apart and gets smudgey, while theirs is separated, popping and perfect.

How do they do it and why do I always get it wrong?
