Postcard: Canal Grande & Chiesa della Salute

Nothing says summer like getting your passport stamped by a lot of European customs officials! This very vintage postcard of Venice is probably from the 1920s or 1930s, perhaps earlier. It's printed, but it's based on a drawing and not a photograph. I just love how quiet the canal looks with only a few gondola - like no tourists have ever been there!
