Postcard: Cairo Street

This is the kind of postcard I love. Perhaps it's a bit of a cliché, it feels like a movie set or something -  from The English Patient or even Raiders of the Lost Ark. But, despite this it's still transporting. A little piece of card stock that holds the romance of the old world. It's mysterious and earthy, and since I've never been to Cairo I'm content to suspend all disbelief and accept that it looks like this image.
