Bon Weekend!

I took this photo last evening around 6:15 as the wind on SF Bay was knocking people sideways. Of course, what to us mere mortals creates the nuisance known as "hair stuck to lipgloss", the phoenomenon drives other god-like creatures our onto the water. No, not sailors (even this wind was too much for them), but kite surfers.

There were about 40 - 50 kite surfers on the Bay last night moving, diving, soaring, and flying at treacherous speeds. But there was something so colorful and joyful about them that you couldn't help but feel jealous of them.
