So I'm kind of digging using Instagram for What I Wore posts - still working on getting the colors right, but at least this filter makes my sweater look like its true color: purple. My camera made it look like a navy blue!
It's been a chilly spring here in San Francisco, so while the sun peeks out here and there, you still need another layer to keep you warm. One of my favorite tops is one I got on sale at Anthropologie. It's a tank, but it's sort of long and tunic-y, with these asymmetrical draped sections. The print is this stylized butterfly-wing repeat, full of pinks, purples, blacks, whites, and yellows. It's light and lovely, and quite different from most things I have in the closet.

I love this Louis Vuitton cardigan - I bought it ages ago and loved the detail. The scalloped edges are gorgeous, and while it's wooly it's not itchy - it's also really light weight. It's a little bit big, but in this case it's perfect to leave drapey with the top.

I'm also completely enamored with this Marc by Marc Jacobs necklace. I wasn't sure I'd be able to work the pink and brown combo into my outfits, but that's the fun part of the challenge! It looks really substantial, but it's plastic and resin, making it very light.
Overall I think it's the perfect mix of breezy springtime and warm knit...with a strong dose of color too!
